“Since working with Liz, I’ve become a smoother, more precise operator off the shoulder and the hip. I can do more takes with less effort: longer takes, better framing because I’m less fatigued; I make better transitions because I can recruit the right muscles to go from one position to another smoothly.

2) Structure
Through regular zoom sessions (used in one hour or two 30 minute increments) you will:
Master challenging movements
Learn powerful drills that unlock your body from postural imbalances, resolving your aches and pains no matter what life throws at you
Begin to intuitively apply a minimum effective dose perspective on doing more with less
3) Specificity
In addition to your coaching calls you receive a fully customized training program specific to your goals, injury history, time available and equipment.
