Step 1: Get assessed

Frustrated by cookie cutter recommendations that don’t feel unique to you and lack find yourself still struggling with pain, balance issues, or lack of progress in the gym? You deserve to achieve your goals.

I believe devil is in the details and your assessment is the first step to uncovering the root causes of your issues. By identifying missing links in key movement capacities, we will formulate a specific plan to help you resolve pain for good, transforming you ability to feel and move with the confidence and ease you seek.

Step 2: Implementation

Based on objective findings from your assessment, we will formulate a customized training plan with respect for your your goals, time available to train, and need for accountability vs flexibility.

Currently, two options are available for Private Coaching clients.

1) The Private Coaching Monthly Membership:

-includes 4 or 8 one-hour sessions per month, as needed.

-provides accountability for those who tend to start strong but struggle to stick with a plan long enough to see results.

-ideal for those whose movement needs demand consistency to progress out of compensatory movement patterns

-affords the option to graduate into Strength Squad Elite without being limited to public enrollment periods

-ideal for those whose budgets can better manage monthly installments

-minimum two month commitment

2) The Private Coaching Intensive

-includes 8 or 12 one-hour sessions, as needed.

-provides flexibility for those whose lifestyle makes regular, weekly scheduling challenging

-preferred by those who have an impending physically demanding deadline, such as a half marathon or very challenging operating gig.

-ideal for those who prefer one-and-done payment option
